The procedure involves lifting the entire brow, with a particular focus on elevating the lateral (outer) section, which gives the brows an attractive, youthful appearance. For older patients, the temporal brow lift offers an excellent solution to brow drooping—a common issue resulting from aging and tissue laxity. Precise brow elevation restores the face's natural contours and eliminates the appearance of a tired or sad gaze. For younger patients, the procedure creates the trendy "foxy eyes" look—featuring outwardly lifted brows that lend a sensual, alluring quality to the eyes. Deep tissue dissection down to the periosteum allows for the elevation of the entire tissue block (including muscle, fascia, periosteum, and skin); this also lifts the outer corner of the eye, intensifying the "cat-eye" effect.
