Techniques – without implant, with implant, periareolar
Mastopexy is a procedure that can be performed both without implants and in combination with breast augmentation.
1. Breast lift without implant
It is suitable for women who have appropriate gland volume, but their breasts have lost firmness. Effect – improved shape and lift of the breasts, without increasing size.
2. Breast lift with implant
Recommended when breasts are not only sagging but have also lost volume. Implants help restore a fuller, more feminine shape.
3. Periareolar technique
Used for mild ptosis. Incisions are made around the areola, minimizing scar visibility.

Scars and care
Scars are a natural element of any surgical operation, but their visibility depends on the technique.
- With a periareolar incision, the scar is hidden at the edge of the areola.
- With the vertical technique – it runs from the areola downwards.
- With the anchor technique – additionally along the inframammary fold.
Scar care:
- using silicone patches and gels,
- avoiding sun exposure,
- massaging scars after the healing period.
With proper care, scars become barely visible over time.
Recovery – schedule
The time to return to full fitness after a breast lift depends on the scope of the procedure and individual predispositions.
